PRICING · FRACTIONAL COUNTRY MANAGER
You pay for my active time in the market – not layers of consultants.
Three fixed capacity levels let you start in a controlled way and scale when the pipeline and opportunities justify it. The person you meet before the agreement is also the person doing the work.

THREE MODELS
The same person. Different capacity.
The price follows the time and continuity invested in the market. Expansion is the most balanced entry when new opportunities must be created and followed up properly. You may try to contact your local Business Centre since parts of a market assessment and advisory engagement may potentially be eligible for funding support. Market Embassy is listed as advisors at the danish “Erhvervshuse” / (Business Centres)

THE PRACTICAL DIFFERENCE
A permanent hire can be right – once the market is proven.
Until then, Market Embassy can reduce commitment and start the work faster. Always compare against your actual salary, vehicle, HR and travel costs.
Building internally
- Recruitment and onboarding before full activity
- Fixed salary, pension, holidays, vehicle, IT and HR
- The full capacity is purchased from day one
- The company carries employment and market risk
Market Embassy
- Direct access to my experience from the start
- Capacity follows ambition and pipeline
- No fixed employment or recruitment cost
- Controlled scaling or exit is possible
TRAVEL
A simple model without a stream of small receipts
Working time is included in the monthly fee. The overseas daily rate covers normal accommodation costs when working near customers, distributors or trade fairs.
Standard overseas day
€354
- Hotel and meals
- Local transport and parking
- Bridge, road and environmental charges
- Travel insurance and minor work expenses
Major cities and trade fairs
€464
The same principle, adjusted for higher hotel and logistics costs. Flights, trains, ferries, car hire and mileage are charged separately by agreement.

BREAK-EVEN EXAMPLE
How much additional business must finance the investment?

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth | €71,582 | 5.1 | 5–6 | approx. €241,287 |

| Dedicated | €160,054 | 11.4 | 11–12 | approx. €482,574 |
The example must be adapted to your actual order value, margin and sales cycle. It is a decision tool – not a performance guarantee.
NEXT STEP
Let us calculate using your reality – not only my example.
I am happy to review your objectives, current market activity and economics and recommend the capacity I believe is commercially responsible.
